Virtual Call Centers continue to grow in popularity despite the many concerns with deploying and maintaining a virtual call center. Virtual Call Center Security has been a key concern of many companies who are hesitant in implementing a virtual call center solution. Ascend One is one company that had recently implemented a virtual call center, but was looking for more security.
