Aspect’s next-generation Unified IP 7 contact center platform unites inbound, outbound, voice portal, Internet contact, multichannel self-service and proactive contact capabilities, as well as unified communications and collaboration functionality. Aspect Unified IP 7 serves as the foundation for many of their customer contact applications. Inbound ACD intelligently routes callers to available agents while the Outbound Dialer delivers automated, predictive, precise, progressive, manual, and blaster dialing options. The Voice Portal enables you to automate some or all of your call center interactions, and the Internet Contact feature provides an experience for Web-based communications similar to that of traditional call center contacts. Aspect Unified IP 7 also includes Campaign Optimization for outbound customer contact programs to deliver high-yield results; and it leverages seamless integrations with Microsoft Lync and SharePoint 2010 to easily search and engage experts across the enterprise.
