All they need is a phone and an internet connection. When your agents log in, CallFire will call their phone, and once they’re connected, it will start dialing up to 4 lines per agent. As soon as someone picks up the phone, your agent will be connected, and the other numbers will be redialed later. CallFire will weed out busy signals, bad phone numbers, and answering machines (MachineSkip). Or your agents can choose to drop a pre-recorded message onto voicemails on a call-by-call basis (SmartDrop).

    We implemented CallFire’s Cloud Call Center about a year ago, and it’s worked great for us so far. The MachineSkip feature has really saved us a lot of time in our calling campaigns, which makes my agents a lot more efficient also. From what my off-site agents tell me, it’s really easy to use, and they can concentrate on getting us more leads rather than dialing numbers constantly. We’re starting to use the SmartDrop feature right now, and it’s also been a big help to our productivity.

    I like that their pricing plans are laid out clearly so you can always check on how much their services cost, rather than being in the dark until you ask them directly. Their service has been very helpful so far, also, and we usually get a response within an hour if we can’t get ahold of someone right away.
