Spitfire Predictive Dialer

SpitFire Predictive Dialer (SPD) software automatically places outbound calls from a pre-loaded database through a single phone line or multiple line cards. The databases are automatically scrubbed against the Federal “Do-Not-Call” database when imported, and the configuration of the campaign message and the number of agents determines how many calls the Predictive Dialer places or receives per hour. It keeps track of the people you’ve called, the outcome of that call, and whether or not that person wants to receive any further communications. With the Predictive Dialers monitoring features, you can also access real-time information on your agents’ progress, thus ensuring optimum productivity and effectiveness.
